Job summary

Silver Chain Group is seeking an Injury Management Advisor to coordinate end-to-end injury management and return-to-work processes for injured employees across allocated jurisdictions nationally. You will develop tailored plans, monitor outcomes, and provide expert guidance to managers to support safe, timely recoveries while balancing organisational needs.

• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation and injury management processes.
• Ability to make high level decisions and resolve conflicts in case management.

• Manage end-to-end injury management and return-to-work processes across jurisdictions.
• Develop and monitor tailored return-to-work plans balancing operations and legislative obligations.
• Provide coaching and education to line managers on injury management best practices.
