Job summary

Mater is seeking an Injury Management Officer to support administrative and operational functions across the statewide injury management service. You will work with stakeholders and assist with workers' compensation processes, data reporting and system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Confidence using systems and managing data accurately.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, rehabilitation, or injury management processes.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation or related field is desirable.
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across Mater's injury management service.
• Liaise with WorkCover Queensland regarding wage submissions and payments.
• Assist with workers' compensation claim lodgements and related documentation.
• Maintain injury management systems and records.
• Prepare reports and support injury management data reporting.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Mater.
• Update templates, documentation, and process resources.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of the Injury Management team.
