Job summary

NRMA Insurance, based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park, Sydney), seeks an Injury Management Advisor to lead injury management initiatives within the Health & Recovery team. The role guides treatment and rehabilitation decisions, mentors Claims Consultants, and strengthens relationships with providers to support faster recovery outcomes.

The position is full-time, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring one day per week in the Darling Park offices.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Allied Health.
• Sstrength in injury management and interpretation of medical information.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert injury management advice by analysing medical information to support claim strategies.
• Guide and mentor Claims Consultants to strengthen capability and ensure quality decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive consistent injury management practices aligned to compliance and recovery outcomes.
• Identify claim trigger points and progress claims with stakeholders.
