Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial Construction subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager for Infrastructure Management to lead day-to-day operations, drive contract compliance, and optimize cost-effective, safe project delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Professional Engineering License is highly desired.
• 5-10 years industry experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, support, and methodologies to meet contract obligations including quality, safety, procurement, cost control, scheduling, and estimating processes.
• Lead and coordinate project team to build teamwork and ensure high performance.
• Develop relationships with customers to reflect a partnership approach and understand needs.
• Monitor financial performance and conduct financial analysis for periodic reports.
