Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial Construction company, is seeking an Operations Manager – Infrastructure Management to lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring contract standards are met safely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with the Contract Manager, manage reporting (OPS, HSE, Change Order Summary), monitor schedules, and drive continuous improvement across QA, safety and environmental practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in asset management, road maintenance, or related field.
• 2–3 years industry experience; management/supervisory experience highly desired.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record; Professional Engineering License highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Contract Manager to meet contract obligations across quality, safety, environmental aspects, procurement, and cost control.
• Establish relationships with client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly reports (OPS, HSE, Change Order Summary, Extra Work).
• Monitor deliverables schedule and ensure contractual compliance; monitor daily operations.
• Develop training in Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Environmental aspects & Continuous Improvement.
