• Oversee crew activities to ensure work aligns with plans and schedule.
• Supervise training, development, performance, and task assignments for crew members.
• Understand project plans, blueprints, and specifications for specific duties.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment use and allocation.
• Respond immediately to site production issues and report hours daily.
