Webber, part of Ferrovial Construction, seeks a Field Engineer to join its team. The role bridges the field site and office, supporting the Project Engineer and site crew.

You will drive data-driven planning, track production, and support scheduling, with most time spent in the field to learn construction management and grow within the company. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering and have experience with scheduling software and ESRI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with scheduling/planning software.
• Proficiency with SAP, Primavera or MS Projects.
• Fluent with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Survey 123 and Workforce preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assist in maintaining contract assets and integrate planning data into the overall schedule.
• Interact with project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints and present schedule reports.
• Develop periodic reporting formats and assist in managing a Scope Change Management system.
• Coordinate with vendors, track orders and sub-contractor work while ensuring safety and efficiency.
