Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Project Manager to lead infrastructure management projects, delivering on contract obligations while driving financial performance and safety excellence. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage procurement and cost control, and foster strong client and subcontractor relationships.

The role requires 5–10 years in asset/facility management, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and a professional engineering license is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5–10 years industry experience with facility management or supervisory roles.
• Professional Engineering License highly desired; strong asset management knowledge in maintenance/ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, support, administrative systems and methodologies to meet project contract obligations in relation to Infrastructure quality, safety, contractor agreements, procurement, cost control, scheduling and estimating management processes and procedures.
• Organize, direct, manage and coordinate the project team members to build teamwork and ensure high performance within asset operations & maintenance.
• Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and financial responsibilities to optimize cost/benefit.
• Establish and report appropriate metrics for measuring contract performance.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and promote a positive safety culture.
