Job summary

Wollondilly Shire Council invites applications for an Infrastructure Support Officer to join our Infrastructure Engineering Team. Reporting to the Infrastructure Coordinator, you will lead grant funding and program administration, ensuring funding outcomes align with Council priorities.

You will coordinate the development of the Capital Works Program towards adoption and handover for delivery, translating strategic goals into funded projects with clear delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in business administration, accounting, finance, or project administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience analyzing financial or program data and producing reports.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Council's grant funding and infrastructure program administration.
• Identify funding opportunities and support outcomes for Council.
• Coordinate development of the Capital Works Program to adoption and handover for delivery.
• Translate strategic priorities into a funded, deliverable works program.
