Job summary

Wollondilly Shire Council in Picton, NSW, is seeking an Infrastructure Support Officer to join the Infrastructure Engineering Team. You will coordinate grant funding, manage program administration and help develop a funded Capital Works Program for delivery.

The role requires relevant admin/finance qualifications or equivalent experience, strong data analysis, initiative and excellent coordination across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in business administration, accounting, finance, project administration or related discipline.
• Experience with financial, program or other complex data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated initiative with proactive work style and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Council’s grant funding and Infrastructure Engineering program administration functions.
• Support development and adoption of the Capital Works Program for delivery.
• Translate Council’s strategic priorities into a funded, deliverable works program.
