Job summary

Wollondilly Shire Council invites applications for an Infrastructure Support Officer to join the Infrastructure Engineering Team. You will proactively lead and coordinate grant funding and infrastructure program administration, identify funding opportunities, and support strong outcomes for Council.

You will also help coordinate Capital Works program development for adoption and delivery, translating priorities into a funded works program.

• Ability to identify and pursue funding opportunities.

About the opportunity:

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced professional to join our Infrastructure Engineering Team in the position of Infrastructure Support Officer.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Coordinator, the successful applicant will proactively lead and coordinate Council’s grant funding and Infrastructure Engineering program administration functions, identifying and pursuing funding opportunities and supporting strong funding outcomes for Council. You will also have involvement in coordinating and collating the development of the Capital Works Program to adoption and handover for delivery, supporting the translation of Council’s strategic priorities into a clear, funded and deliverable works program.
