Job summary

Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Officer to join the Infrastructure Engineering Team. The role reports to the Infrastructure Coordinator and focuses on grant funding, program administration, and capital works coordination to deliver funded projects that align with Council priorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in business administration, accounting, finance, project administration or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to work with financial, program or other complex data, including analysing information and producing accurate records and reports.
• Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Council's grant funding and Infrastructure Engineering program administration.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support strong funding outcomes for Council.
• Coordinate and develop the Capital Works Program to adoption and handover for delivery, translating strategic priorities into a funded works program.
