Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage enterprise environments across Windows Server, Nutanix, and Microsoft cloud technologies in Sydney. You will administer Windows Server 2016+ and Active Directory, ensuring secure and stable operations.

You will implement Entra ID MFA and Conditional Access, manage M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint), automate with PowerShell, and work with Nutanix (Prism Central, AD integration).

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Windows Server 2016+.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Automation with PowerShell.
• Monitoring and security using Microsoft Sentinel.
• Nutanix cluster setup, Prism Central, and AD integration.
• Nginx for load balancing and reverse proxy configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 escalation support across infrastructure environments.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation and diagrams.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive incident resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams on security, compliance and deployments.
