Job summary

The HR Ally in Sydney is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows and Mac. You will administer SaaS tools like Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne, and provide expert end-user support across Azure, Intune, and O365.

You will own Azure AD design, Group Policy, and Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments, lead system implementations and migrations, and drive process improvements while training staff firm-wide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an IT Administrator
• Proven track record leading technology projects end‑to‑end
• Strong relationship‑building skills with business stakeholders
• Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast‑growing environment
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows & Mac
• Administer SaaS tools including Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne & more
• Provide expert-level support across Azure, Intune & O365
