Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Windows 365 / Microsoft 365 SME to design, implement, administer, and support Microsoft cloud and end-user computing environments within Australian government security requirements. You will lead Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments, manage Intune and Entra ID, oversee Microsoft 365 services, and develop security and compliance policies.

NV1 clearance or ability to obtain it is required, with strong PowerShell and Graph scripting to automate

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain NV1.
• Extensive experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC and Intune.
• Advanced knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Solid Windows 10/11 enterprise administration knowledge.
• Experience with Conditional Access and MFA.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience in Australian Government environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, compliance, applications, and policies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID including users, groups, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot Windows 365, Intune, Windows 11, networking, identity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Automate administration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where appropriate.

The successful candidatewill provide technical leadership across Windows 365 Cloud PC, MicrosoftIntune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security, while workingwithin Australian Government security and compliance requirements.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365Cloud PC environments.

• Work with security, infrastructure, network,and service-management teams to resolve complex issues.

• NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain andmaintain NV1.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 365Cloud PC.
  
• Strong Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager experience.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID /Azure AD.
  
• Solid Windows 10/11 enterprise administrationknowledge.
  
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA,device compliance, Autopilot, configuration profiles, and endpointsecurity.
  
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automationskills.
  
• Experience troubleshooting complex identity,endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.
  
• Understanding of Microsoft security andcompliance concepts.
  
• Strong documentation, communication, andstakeholder-management skills.
  
• Experience in Australian Government environments.
  
• Experience with Protected / classifiedenvironments.
  
• Microsoft certifications such as:
  
• MS-102 – Microsoft 365Administrator
  
• SC-300 – Identity andAccess Administrator
  
• SC-400 – InformationProtection Administrator
  
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint,Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview.
  
• Experience with Windows 365 Enterprise,Frontline, Cloud PC provisioning policies, and Azure Network Connection(ANC).
  
• Familiarity with Essential Eight / ISM controls.
