Job summary

Abergeldie is seeking a Submissions Lead/Writer based in Sydney or Brisbane to drive high-quality, compliant bid submissions for major infrastructure and utilities projects. You’ll collaborate with bid managers and leaders across the business to sharpen messaging and ensure proposals reflect our capability and value proposition.

Qualifications

• Experience in submissions, proposals, bid writing within infrastructure contractor.
• Qualifications in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs to craft proposals.
• Attention to detail and deadlines.
• Lead bid review meetings and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and shape persuasive submissions with bid managers.
• Prepare EOIs and tenders reflecting capability and value proposition.
• Lead bid processes including schedules and reviews.
• Capture knowledge and manage content for consistency.
