Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a leader to head the submissions function across all bids in Australia. You will run the bid program end-to-end, shaping strategy and resourcing, and working directly with executives and clients to sharpen messaging.

Lead a large multidisciplinary team of coordinators, writers and contributors, negotiate consultant agreements, and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions across complex civil, transport, water and tunnelling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Business or related qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven record leading successful, compliant tenders or proposals.
• Experience managing concurrent submissions to strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead and coach multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent writing skills and proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the submissions function across all bids and manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Shape project selection and bid strategy with executives.
• Present client messaging and lead meetings with client teams and executives.
• Prepare governance documents and ensure approvals align with authority limits.
• Negotiate consultant agreements and shape the commercial solution.
• Coach the team and improve submission processes, templates and resources.
• Own the bid program end-to-end from strategy and resourcing to final submission.
