Job summary

Craveable Brands is seeking an IT Project Manager to support our franchise partners and IT teams across our four iconic brands. You will manage multiple IT infrastructure projects, drive planning, governance and delivery, while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in IT infrastructure projects and best-practice methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches is valued.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, defining scope and milestones across the lifecycle.
• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Oversee project delivery using best-practice methodologies and governance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates to executives.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and progress.
• Produce and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules and risk registers.
• Oversee budgeting and risk management to ensure deliverables meet standards.

About the role

Enabling Franchise Partners and those who support them through technology is what it’s all about for our IT Project Manager. Working within the IT Project Team and our restaurant brands you’ll manage multiple projects incorporating substantial IT components.

Please note Fixed Term contract options are also available

Key Activities Include:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Implementing agreed project scope and objectives, reviewing and redefining as necessary across the project lifecycle.
• Developing project plans, including timelines and milestones, and managing resource allocation.
• Overseeing the implementation of projects through utilising best practice methodologies.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

• Coordinating and leading project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive teams.
• Keeping the project on track and holding stakeholders accountable.
• Managing vendor and contractor relationships.

Maintaining Project Documentation:

• Produce and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, etc.

Budgeting and Risk Management:

• Managing project budget and associated financials.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Ensuring compliance with project management standards and guidelines.

About You

• Project management experience, specifically in IT infrastructure projects and strong knowledge of industry best practices, techniques, and standards (including agile and waterfall methodologies).
• Strong and effective relationship-building and negotiation skills and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and comfortably work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Project Management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or hospitality industries highly regarded but not required.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence systems and software is highly desirable.
