Job summary

Craveable Brands is seeking an IT Project Manager to enable Franchise Partners and support teams through technology. You’ll manage multiple IT infrastructure projects within the IT Project Team across our four iconic brands.

You will plan and execute projects, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, maintain documentation, and manage budgets and risks, applying agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver quality outcomes. Fixed-term contract options are available.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in IT infrastructure projects with knowledge of best practices, techniques and standards (agile and waterfall).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desirable experience in QSR or hospitality; Jira and Confluence familiarity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: develop plans, timelines and milestones, allocate resources, oversee project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: lead meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, manage vendor/contractor relationships.
• Maintaining Project Documentation: produce and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, etc.
• Budgeting and Risk Management: manage budgets, identify risks, ensure quality standards and compliance.
