Job summary

Hire Intelligence Asia Pacific in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on IT/AV technician to deliver, install, network and support technology across offices, conferences and events. You will set up displays, video walls, audio and computers, troubleshoot on-site and by phone, and contribute to warehouse intake between jobs. A current driver\'s licence, solid IT/AV knowledge, good presentation and the ability to lift heavy equipment are essential; weekend and early starts may be required.

Qualifications

• Solid IT and AV hardware knowledge.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft support.
• Current driver licence with a good driving record.
• Confident communication with clients and ability to lift heavy equipment.

The role

What you bring

• Solid IT and AV hardware knowledge, Windows 11 and Microsoft support, and networking.
• Current driver licence, a good driving record and solid local road knowledge.
• Professional presentation and confident communication with clients.
• Physically able to lift and carry and push heavy equipment.
• Availability for some early starts, after-hours and weekend work.
