Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate finance experience in investment bank or boutique advisory
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions, capital raisings and advisory mandates
• Prepare financial analyses, valuation models and transaction documentation
• Run due diligence and coordinate with legal, accounting and other advisors
• Prepare pitch materials and client presentations
• Conduct industry and company research to inform strategic recommendations
• Develop client relationships through active involvement in transactions and advisory assignments
