Job summary

Jarden in Sydney seeks an Associate to join its General Industrials Corporate Finance team. You will support M&A transactions, capital raisings and strategic advisory mandates, and prepare financial analyses and transaction documentation.

You will run due diligence, coordinate with legal and accounting advisors, and develop client relationships while staying informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting the industrials sector.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' corporate finance experience at an investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of valuation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support execution of M&A transactions, capital raisings and strategic advisory mandates
