Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance or advisory
• Strong track record executing M&A and capital markets transactions
• Sharp financial modelling and valuation skills
• Experience across Industrials, diversified corporates or sponsor-led deals is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work on live mandates across M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory
• Collaborate with senior bankers on marquee sponsor-backed and corporate deals across Australia
• Contribute to client coverage initiatives and deal execution
