Qualifications

• M&A execution experience at top tier bank or advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability.
• Ability to manage workstreams and contribute to live transactions from day one.
• Experience across complex, multi-party deal processes.

• Work across full deal lifecycle, including modelling and valuation.
• Prepare pitch and transaction materials for client-facing work.
