Pickles in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Coordinator to lead a team responsible for coordinating the sale of industrial assets. The role combines field and office work, with occasional outdoor duties and travel.

You will guide daily priorities, engage with customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate asset records and documentation. A solid industrial background and leadership experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in industrial asset sales or a similar setting.
• Solid understanding of industrial equipment and asset condition assessment.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to manage enquiries and escalations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort with CRM systems and reporting to support sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, set priorities, coach staff and drive performance.
• Maintain asset records, sale documents, catalogues, pricing support and data.
• Manage enquiries and escalations, update CRM interactions and alert agents.
• Check asset descriptions, condition, and provide feedback to Operations.
• Support sale preparation, inspections and auctions, linking Operations with Sales.
• Streamline processes, ensure compliance and deliver commercial outcomes.
