Job summary

Pickles is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Altona North to join our Industrial team. This branch-based role blends office coordination with hands-on operations to keep processes moving from start to sold.

You’ll manage customer interactions, listings, valuations and supplier communications while maintaining accurate CRM notes and coordinating with operations, vendors and buyers. A strong customer focus and practical, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills across face-to-face, phone and email.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with sharp attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors and teams.
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and a current forklift licence.
• Familiarity with trucks, machinery or industrial assets and related coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the main branch contact for enquiries and customer inspections.
• Quality-check asset listings, photos, condition reports and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, vendors and buyers.
• Manage vendor enquiries about valuations, listings and sale.
• Help buyers with asset condition, specifications, pricing and sale information.
• Keep customer records and CRM notes accurate and up to date.
• Assist with off-site inspections, customer visits and auction events as needed.
