Join our Industrial Sales Coordination team in Altona North, VIC 3025 and use your experience to lead the coordination of industrial asset sales in a fast-moving operational environment. A strong industrial background is essential.

You will work across the office and yard to support the preparation and sale of industrial assets. The role includes outdoor work when required and occasional travel. You will:

  • Lead and develop the team – Set daily priorities, allocate work, coach team members and maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Keep sales administration sharp – Maintain accurate asset records, sale documents, catalogues, pricing support, systems, reporting and data.
  • Deliver standout service – Manage enquiries and escalations, update CRM interactions and alert Sales Agents to future opportunities.
  • Put your industrial knowledge to work – Check asset descriptions, damage and photos, provide practical feedback to Operations, and assist with registration issues, minor repairs, transport measurements and Auction Insight reviews.
  • Drive strong sale outcomes – Be the branch contact for industrial asset queries, connect Operations with Sales and VM teams, and support sale preparation, off-site inspections and auctions.
  • Improve how we work – Streamline processes, maintain compliance and service standards, and partner across sales, operations, finance and customer support to solve issues and deliver commercial results.
ABOUT YOU

You know industrial equipment, understand fast-paced operations and can bring out the best in a team. Your experience may come from industrial or machinery sales, a mechanical trade or workshop, equipment hire, transport, earthmoving or another asset-focused environment. You will bring experience leading, mentoring or coordinating people, along with:

  • Confident leadership – You can set priorities, coordinate work and coach people to deliver strong results.
  • Practical industrial knowledge – You understand trucks, machinery, earthmoving equipment or other industrial assets and can confidently assess descriptions, condition and operational requirements.
  • Commercial and customer focus – You understand how responsive service, accurate information and practical advice contribute to successful sales and long-term customer relationships.
  • An organised approach – You can manage competing priorities, deadlines, records and stakeholder expectations without losing accuracy or attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and systems confidence – You build productive relationships with customers, vendors, sales teams, operational staff, transport providers and other stakeholders. You are also comfortable maintaining accurate records, using business systems and supporting reporting, quality and compliance requirements.
