Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources with strong hands-on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, preferably in manufacturing, mining, construction, chemicals, resources, or similar industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, SAP, or similar).
• Knowledge of enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
• Experience supporting FIFO or site-based operations.
• Membership of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) or working towards certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Support the resolution of employee relations matters, including grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, Australian Employment Standards (AES), and relevant industrial instruments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with legislative and company requirements.
• Assist in implementing performance management systems and annual review processes.
• Support employee learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate regular HR metrics and reports for management (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, diversity, training).
