Job summary

Centurion Group Holdings (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to work autonomously in WA, supporting multiple units within a global organisation. You will partner with leaders, manage day-to-day people challenges and drive HR initiatives to strengthen capability and compliance.

The role requires experience in blue-collar environments, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to travel between Bibra Lake, Malaga, Fremantle, Welshpool HQ, and Maddington.

Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist experience in blue-collar environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and conditions.
• Experience with investigations, performance and disciplinary matters.
• Exposure to enterprise agreement consultation and negotiation (desirable).
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights (essential)

Responsibilities

• Develop and review HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations and performance matters.
• Support performance management, succession planning and capability initiatives.
• Assist with acquisitions, change management and business integration.
• Coach leaders through people-related challenges and drive improvement projects.
