Responsibilities

• Prepare MRO and technical quotations accurately and timely.
• Review customer specifications and datasheets.
• Process orders and support order management activities.
• Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions within Salesforce.
• Update Salesforce dashboards and sales pipeline information.
• Proactively follow up quotations and opportunities with customers.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, engineering and vendors to obtain pricing and delivery.
