Job summary

dormakaba Australia & New Zealand is seeking an enthusiastic Training & Compliance specialist to become our Industrial door subject matter expert. You will develop and maintain training content for our service team, ensuring safety and compliance across site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subject matter experts, delivering training to technicians and field staff, writing SOPs, and supporting incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training in a field/technical environment.
• Industrial doors experience is essential or highly preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, provide and coordinate training for Industrial Technicians, Agents, and Field Managers.
• Coordinate & align with Subject Matter Experts on technical aspects across industrial products and manufacturers.
• Improve, update, and share SOPs and best practices for site area management and safety.
• Act as a conduit to provide technical advice to installers and technicians on process and practice.
• Provide Technical and Field support for Service Technicians, Field Manager and Agents.
• Carry out Technician Competency & onsite work audits.
• Assist in incident investigations with internal stakeholders.
