dormakaba Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of health, safety and wellbeing systems. You will work with operations and frontline teams to provide practical advice, compliance support and training to foster a safe, compliant and high-performing workplace.

Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will lead audits, incident investigations and risk assessments, and help drive a positive

Formación

• 3+ years experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role in manufacturing/operational settings.
• Experience conducting audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian health and safety legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and coach employees on safety.
• Organisational skills with proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical WHS advice and support to managers and employees across locations.
• Maintain WHS management systems and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
• Conduct workplace audits, inspections and risk assessments across multiple sites.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training programs.
• Partner with leaders to improve safety performance and culture across the business.
• Review and continuously improve policies, procedures and safety initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across operations, service, installation and support functions.
