Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an Individual Support Worker for casual shifts in the WOY WOY area, with travel involved. You will help participants build independence at home and within the community, providing compassionate, person-centred support.

Responsibilities include personal care, documentation, and following individual support plans. Applicants should have current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, WWCC, and relevant disability or community services qualifications.

Qualifications

• Confident working with a participant who may display behaviours of concern including distress, agitation, or physical escalation
• Strong computer skills are essential for daily documentation, reporting, and communication
• Current NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation Module certificates
• Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate
• WWCC
• Qualifications in Disability or Community Services or equivalent relevant experience

• Assisting with community participation and recreation programs

What you will be doing

Shift/s on offer - Monday 9am to 6pm & every 2nd Saturday 9am to 6pm fortnightly

• Offering support in the home and the community
• Supporting our participant with mental health needs
• Providing personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing

• Following individual support plans
• Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports
