Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking an Individual Support Worker to help clients live independently at home and in their community. If you are caring and reliable, we want to hear from you.

Shifts are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and alternating Saturdays 9am-6pm, with duties including personal care, community activities, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full NSW Driver Licence and comprehensive insurance.
• Provide personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
• Qualifications in Disability or Community Services or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer support in the home and the community.
• Support participants with mental health needs.
• Provide personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing.
• Assist with community participation and recreation programs.
• Follow individual support plans.
• Complete clear and factual handover notes and incident reports.
• Use manual handling skills.

What you will be doing

Shifts on offer between - Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm & Saturday 9am to 6pm fortnightly

• Offering support in the home and the community
• Supporting our participant with mental health needs
• Providing personal care including showering, toileting, feeding and dressing
• Assisting with community participation and recreation programs
• Following individual support plans
• Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports
• Using Manual handling skills
