Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking casual and part-time Disability Support Workers for Woy Woy, Central Coast NSW. You will support daily living activities, provide personal care and assist clients to participate in home and community life.

Role requires a NSW driver’s license, NDIS screening, and First Aid/CPR. Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers is essential, with documentation and reporting duties included.

Qualifications

• Full NSW Driver Licence & Comprehensive Insurance required
• Personal care experience essential; minimum 1 year’s experience
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Workers Orientation Module required
• First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) & CPR Certificate (HLTAID009) required
• Disability or Community Services qualifications advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills, including cooking and household tasks
• Provide personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and feeding
• Encourage social activities, hobbies and community participation
• Administer medication and follow individual support plans
• Complete accurate documentation and incident reports
• Provide support in the home and community
• Use Complex Care experience to provide clinical plans where required

• Strong communication skills, including with non-verbal customers
• Essential computer skills for documentation and reporting

• Disability or Community Services qualifications (advantageous)
