Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking Casual & Permanent Part-Time Support Workers for Woy Woy, Central Coast NSW. You will help customers build independence, develop life skills and participate in home and community activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration (where required), documentation, and supporting clients to engage socially. A background in complex care and relevant certifications are advantageous, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Confidence providing personal care.
• Strong communication skills, including with non-verbal customers.
• Essential computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Workers Orientation Module.
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) & CPR Certificate (HLTAID009).
• Disability or Community Services qualifications (advantageous).
