Responsibilities

• Demonstrate cultural capability and support inclusive culture.
• Assist youth justice staff in culturally appropriate assessment and case planning.
• Design and implement intervention strategies and link clients to services.
• Consult with families, elders and community stakeholders.
• Maintain case notes, prepare reports and performance reporting.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.
• Understand policy impacts on Indigenous peoples and communicate effectively.
