Job summary

Qualifications

• Role may require regional travel and overnight stays within Mackay region.

Responsibilities

• Assist youth justice staff in culturally appropriate assessment and case planning.
• Design and implement intervention strategies and link clients to services.
• Consult with families, elders, and community members to support clients.
• Maintain case notes, prepare reports and performance documentation.
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve quality casework outcomes.
• Demonstrate cultural capability and contribute to an inclusive culture.
