Job summary

Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd is seeking a medical receptionist to support the MATSICHS team in a multi-disciplinary health service across Morayfield and other South East Queensland clinics.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing appointments, data and claims processing, while supporting clinic operations and patient flow. Relevant checks and a current CPR certificate are required.

Qualifications

• Provides high standard of customer service in a clinical setting.
• Manages administrative tasks for client appointments and data.
• Handles processing of PIP, Medicare and WorkCover claims.
• Maintains accurate client files and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to practices to achieve high booking and attendance rates.
• Prepare for daily appointments with client files and materials.
• Provide services to clinic clients including allied health and specialist services.
• Ensure claims processing is accurate and timely.
