Job summary

University of Sydney invites applications for the Senior Manager, Indigenous Employment and Engagement (Identified). Lead the development and delivery of Indigenous employment programs, staff networks and a culturally safe, inclusive workplace across the university.

You will drive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recruitment, retention and leadership pathways, partnering with stakeholders to meet workforce goals while delivering measurable outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in HR or diversity.
• Extensive experience delivering Indigenous employment outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Indigenous employment programs and staff networks.
• Drive recruitment, retention, career development and leadership pathways for Indigenous staff.
• Develop, monitor and report workforce metrics to inform decision-making.
• Provide expert advice on Indigenous employment, cultural safety and inclusion policies.
