Job summary

University of New South Wales in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Manager Employability & External Relations (Indigenous Identified) to lead external engagement for Indigenous student outcomes. The role reports to the Deputy Director of Nura Gili and will supervise three staff.

Open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only, with 1 day WFH per week in Kensington. Competitive remuneration and benefits apply, including 17% superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification with subsequent lived experience or equivalent competence.
• Proven experience delivering Indigenous programs and improving student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indigenous external engagement projects and external relations plans.
• Develop and implement the Indigenous Future Students Plan.
• Manage a small team and monitor deliverables against strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Nura Gili leadership to align external initiatives with university strategies.
