PepsiCo is hiring an Independents Account Executive to drive profitable growth across the Independents Channel in NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS. You will work with State Account Managers to manage promotional programs and strengthen customer relationships, delivering sustainable category growth for PepsiCo.

The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to execute customer strategies, forecast performance and support MSOs such as Metcash NSW & QLD.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of FMCG sales experience
• Experience with Independent retail channel
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation skills
• Analytical with ability to translate insights into growth plans
• Proficient in Excel and end-to-end sales processes

Responsabilidades

• Manage key Independent and MSO accounts, driving sales and category growth
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver joint growth plans
• Develop and execute promotional programs to maximise net revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution of strategies
• Analyse performance, forecast and budgets to identify growth opportunities
