Job summary

Redeemer Lutheran College in Brisbane invites an experienced Learning Enrichment Coordinator (Years 7-12) to lead inclusive education, NCCD, and enrichment programs. This full-time permanent role includes a 3-year position of added responsibility and partnership with teachers, families and external specialists to embed inclusive practices across the Senior School.

You will oversee educational adjustments, student support planning, intervention programs, gifted education and EAL/D support,

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning support, inclusion or student support programs.
• Knowledge of inclusive education and educational adjustments.
• Strong understanding of NCCD, Disability Standards for Education and related compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff capability in inclusive practices.
• Commitment to creating environments where every student feels valued, respected and capable of success.
