- Collaborate with staff and Head of Learning Enrichment to deliver programs.
- Ensure compliance with NCCD and safe, supportive learning environments.

In recognition of your expertise and leadership, you will receive an above-Award salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus a Leadership Allowance of $7,500 per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will have a current Queensland Teachers Registration.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced and committed educator with a heart for Christian service, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of inclusive education and NCCD compliance.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated relevant experience in learning enrichment and an ongoing commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrated excellent, current classroom teaching techniques and practices that meet diverse needs and learning styles of students and are consistent with relevant curriculum and policies.
- Leadership and management skills to effectively implement the Learning Enrichment Program in collaboration with Team and aligned with the vision expressed by the Head of Learning Enrichment.
- A willingness to support our Christian mission - as a preference, our ideal candidates will be able to provide a Pastoral Reference.
