Job summary

Holy Spirit Primary School, Lavington, Albury, seeks an Inclusion and Diverse Learning Coordinator (IDL). You will champion inclusive education and model Catholic values while supporting staff, students and families to realise every child’s potential within a high-quality Catholic learning community.

The role offers a permanent teaching contract in Albury Deanery, a 3-year coordinator appointment with potential renewal, and alignment with NSW education standards and the Diocese’s accredication

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education.
• Bachelor of Education; desirable qualifications in Special Education or Inclusive Education.
• Classroom teaching experience (min 3 years).
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• NSW NESA Accreditation.
• First Aid qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• National Criminal History Check.
• Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category D) or willingness to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Use data to inform coordinator practice and student learning improvement.
• Stay updated on legislation and practices regarding students with learning difficulties and disability.
• Maintain professional confidentiality and work within Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga guidelines.
