You will develop individual learning plans, differentiate instruction, and use data to drive school improvement, while contributing to an inclusive Catholic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Diverse Learning Needs and inclusive teaching practices.
• Ability to develop individual learning plans with appropriate provisions.
• Collaborative, data-driven approach to school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individual learning plans for students from Year 7 to Year 12.
• Differentiate instruction and provide equitable learning opportunities.
• Use data to monitor progress and inform teaching practices.
