Job summary

St Joseph's Primary, Leeton is seeking an Inclusion and Diverse Learning Coordinator to lead inclusive education initiatives in a Catholic school setting. The role focuses on modelling faith in action and supporting the school community to achieve high-quality Catholic education for all students.

The position is part-time (0.6FTE) with a permanent teaching contract in the MIA Deanery and a temporary coordinator role (3 years, with option for renewal).

Qualifications

• Commitment to Catholic Education ideals.
• Bachelor of Education; DES/Inclusive Education desirable.
• Classroom teaching experience (min 3 years).
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• NSW NESA Accreditation.
• Current First Aid qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Successful Candidate to Undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Accreditation for Teachers in a Catholic School (Category D, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Model faith in action as Inclusion and Diverse Learning Coordinator.
• Support staff and students to develop shared vision for inclusive education.
• Coordinate inclusion and diverse learning initiatives.
• Work with NSW educational standards and accreditation.
