Job summary

Aruma is seeking an Employment Coach to support people with disability in achieving meaningful employment outcomes in regional NSW, including Taree and occasional Port Macquarie coverage. The role involves 1:1 and small-group delivery, with emphasis on tailored sessions, documentation, and outcome tracking.

The role requires strong facilitation, inclusive delivery, and willingness to travel across regional areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with disability, preferably in employment or vocational contexts.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to tailor content to diverse learners.
• Organised, proactive and committed to inclusive opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with escalation where needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences in group and 1:1 settings.
• Tailor content to suit individual learning styles and capacities.
• Guide participants through the employment journey with empathy and professionalism.
• Prepare and complete required documentation and reporting for Employment Assistance.
• Accurately capture and communicate participant progress in a timely manner.
• Foster collaborative relationships reflecting Aruma values and purpose.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to enhance service delivery.
