• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with participants, employers and service providers.
• Trauma-informed approach to support vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, sometimes high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide tailored employment support.
• Complete participant assessments and develop individualised employment plans.
• Deliver resumes, applications, interview preparation and job search activities.
• Build relationships with participants to maintain engagement and progress toward goals.
• Develop connections with local employers to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate participant supports with other services and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet program requirements.
