Job summary

Help is a social enterprise supporting people with disability to lead fulfilling lives. The Coach will deliver Employment Services, building work readiness and negotiating tailored plans to help participants gain sustainable employment.

You’ll mentor after placement, support employers, and collaborate with teams to strengthen retention and progression. Based at Miranda in the St George–Sutherland region, this full-time role emphasizes strong customer service, relationship building, and KPI

Qualifications

• Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong administration and computer skills – ability to learn technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the centre of your focus.
• Effectively support a caseload of participants, by providing support, guidance, and direction.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs in line with organisational requirements.
• Deliver coaching and support to participants in line with the Service Delivery Model.
• Build rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans.
• Connect participants with internal and external training and support services.
• Monitor participant and placement progress with milestone reporting.
